I’ve just used the services of Cheep Insurance and Sydney was extremely helpful as well as patient with all of the changes that needed to be done to finally set up the insurance needed for my new place and my car. Best decision I made was contacting Cheep insurance! The whole thing was very quick and painless i thought. I received a quote at 1pm on a Friday, I fed them a bit of info they needed, signed and scanned a document, and had my temp pink card and on the road by 4pm. Not much easier than that. Didn’t have to show up in person or any of that.
Keep in mind it takes a day or 2 to receive the initial quote. I requested mine online and it says that it could take 2 days. They look up your driver’s abstract before quoting you which is good, no surprises that way.

I ran into an issue with my old auto insurance provider which coincidentally raised my rates by about 600%. Obviously wasn’t going to pay that. I found cheep insurance through an online search and requested a quote. I spoke with Kristy (who was absolutly amazing) and she found me a new insurance provider that was only $3 more than my current provider. Essentially saving me $500 per month in extra expenses. If you are in a bind, and need affordable insurance (or maybe you just want to save a few bucks), this is the place to go. They will set you up!

I called needing to end an existing policy and start a new one in-order to finance a car from a dealership. It’s my first time financing a car, so also the first I needed full coverage on a vehicle. I have to say that the experience has been great so far. comparing to the other online insurance websites, cheep was the easiest to get a quote from. The others were asking a lot of unnecessary questions. the process was easy and I got my policy and less than 1 hour. The only thing that I missed was the possibility to pay the police by monthly payments in the credit card instead of having to pay for the whole thing upfront.
