Insurance Advisor – Sales Team
About Cheep Insurance
We’re not your traditional insurance brokerage. As Canada’s first 100% online broker, we were paperless and working from home full time before Covid made it cool. Since our launch in Nova Scotia in 2016, we’ve expanded to all of the Atlantic provinces and are now gearing up to launch in Ontario. We are on the hunt for two motivated sales reps to help make that launch a success and build our book of business in Ontario.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a small group of energetic, intelligent, and results-focused team members in a fun work atmosphere where technology is revered.
Our Mission:
We believe insurance should be simple, convenient, and accessible to everyone.
We help find personal insurance & payment plans that work for everyone – even if you don’t have the best driving record, credit, or payment history.
Our Core Values
Our company culture is very important to us – we’re looking for team members who align with our core values:
- People First – We believe in teamwork, empowerment, empathy, & open communication.
- Innovation & Simplicity – We work smarter, not harder.
- Professionalism – We take pride in our work, act with integrity, and lead with accountability.
- Good Vibes Only! – We bring fun and positive energy to the world of insurance.
- Growth-Focused – We take initiative to #GSD (if you know, you know) and make our vision a reality.
