I understand that I am required to have active tenant insurance in place the entire time I’m living in this building. I understand that if the policy listed above is cancelled at any point (either by me or by my insurance company), I must set up a new policy right away, either through the Cheep Insurance Apartment Protection Program or outside the program, and provide my landlord with my updated insurance information.
